WBCSD welcomes new member: TPG N.V.

Royal TPG Post is the principal mail provider in The Netherlands and a market leader in international business mail with mail networks in seven European countries. TNT Express is the largest express company in Europe and was one of the first companies to adopt internet based tracing, tracking and ordering services. It has 43 aircraft and 19’000 vehicles and handles 187 million consignments per year. TNT Logistics is the second
largest logistics operator worldwide. It is the number one logistics provider to the automotive industry and a key provider of logistics services to the electronics and pharmaceuticals sectors.

TPG is committed to corporate sustainability and to social leadership. It has signed the Global Compact. At the end of 2002 it signed an innovative partnership with the UN World Food Program designed to get food quickly to where it is most needed.
