OUR Position.
We are recruiting for a Sustainability Reporting Specialist for our regional resource located in [Amsterdam Schiphol]. Dedicated Sustainability reporting specialist to support our sustainability initiatives, focusing on ESG factors, reporting systems and governance, process audits, and preparing for the reporting and implementation on the CSRD. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of sustainability principles and experience in logistics and project management, ready to further develop the skills in ESG and CSRD implementation.
Principle Accountabilities/Tasks
CSRD Preparation and Implementation:
• Support the organization’s preparation for CSRD implementation, including data collection and accuracy (ex. Scope 3), gap analysis, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting in line with CSRD requirements, providing assistance and support to relevant departments.
• Stay updated on CSRD regulatory changes and industry ESG trends
• Engage with internal and external stakeholders to raise awareness and build capacity on CSRD topics within the organization.
Process Audit:
• Assist in CSRD process audits to evaluate the effectiveness of sustainability initiatives and compliance with ESG standards.
• Identify and address any gaps or non-compliances in existing processes, recommending improvements where necessary.
• Document audit findings and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Implement and monitor the improvements based on the audit findings.
Reporting Systems and Governance:
• Support the establishment and maintenance of reporting systems to accurately capture, manage, and report ESG data.
• Ensure compliance with relevant reporting frameworks and standards, such as GRI, TNFD and TCFD, EU Taxonomy.
• Assist in developing governance structures to oversee ESG reporting, ensuring timeliness, transparency and accountability.
