ABOUT THE ROLE

As the Sustainability Manager, you will lead the delivery of our sustainability strategy and engagement for EECM-BNL. Your main responsibilities will include:
•    Leading the delivery of our sustainability strategy across nutrition, environment, and communities/social purpose
•    Supporting the integration of sustainability into the company’s overall strategy and operations
•    Managing the internal governance process, monitoring progress, learnings, and KPIs of all sustainability programs
•    Developing and implementing systems to track and report on sustainability metrics
•    Creating comprehensive reports and compelling presentations for leadership decision-making
•    Communicating sustainability progress and outcomes to internal and external stakeholders
•    Leading the establishment of a controlled data flow for ESG disclosures and the implementation of the annual ESG report
•    Developing and leading the partner engagement strategy on ESG issues, enhancing sustainable practices throughout the supply chain
•    Educating and training employees on sustainability practices and environmental stewardship
•    Staying on top of sustainability trends, innovations, and best practices, and implementing innovative solutions to improve performance
•    Leading initiatives to raise awareness of sustainability efforts both internally and externally
