This is how you make impact as a Sustainability – ESG Manager

As an Sustainability ESG Manager, you will hold a newly formed key position within our global QESH department and reporting into the Global Quality & ESH Director. You ensure the execution and further improvement of the Neways policies, standards and execute improvement initiatives in collaboration with the different sites and functions

.Your expertise will help the main corporate functions and sites to mitigate risks while addressing environmental, social and governance (ESG) performance and ensuring compliance with the existing and new reporting standards (CSRD). Here you’ll lead the double materiality assessment on sustainability and together with Finance realize ESG Quarterly and CSRD compliant Yearly reporting, providing insight in Neways sustainability performance and contribution

Your daily responsibilities include

• deSupport the further development and implementation of the company’s ESG strategy, policies, and initiative
• s;Lead the double materiality assessment on sustainability and ensure it’s in line with current and future stakeholders expectations and prioritie
• s;Set-up reporting structures on sustainability in line with CSRD requirements and Neways ESG strategic pillar
• s;Monitor and evaluate ESG performance metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management and external stakeholder
• s;Actively engage with the different corporate functions and locations through regular meetings, visits ,workshops, field observations, audits, inspections, reporting analysis, and improvement plan
• s;Design & provide engaging training/workshops/coaching sessions, as well as regular communication for various communication channel
• s;Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ESG considerations into business practices and decision-making processe
• s;Stay informed about emerging ESG trends, regulations, and best practices, advising the company on areas for improvement and innovatio
• n;Further develop and administer the Neways management system and its compliance with regulatory compliance requirements including environmental, health or safety regulations;
