What you will be working on
- Support ESG reporting activities by validating KPI data, documenting control activities, and monitoring process performance across business functions.
- Identify gaps in ESG data management and control processes, and propose improvements to enhance accuracy, transparency, and audit-readiness.
- Manage customer sustainability queries by triaging requests, coordinating responses with subject matter experts, and ensuring timely, high-quality communication.
- Coordinate and manage submissions to ESG rating agencies (e.g., MSCI, Sustainalytics, ISS ESG), including data collection, documentation, and analysis.
- Conduct ESG risk assessments for ASM sites, identifying key risks, control deficiencies, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Perform sustainability benchmarking exercises to evaluate ASM’s position against industry peers and identify emerging best practices.
- Monitor global ESG regulations (e.g., CSRD, EU Taxonomy), interpret their impact on ASM’s operations, and support internal teams in aligning with new requirements.
- Proactively identify and drive opportunities to improve ESG reporting workflows, enhance control mechanisms, and support long-term sustainability targets.
