As a Senior Consultant – ESG Real Estate, you will play a key role in delivering ESG services across the Netherlands. You’ll have the opportunity to lead impactful projects, support clients in achieving sustainability certifications, and contribute to meaningful decarbonization efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver ESG consulting services, including due diligence reports, life cycle assessments, and certifications
- Conduct BREEAM pre-assessments and gap analyses for projects in the Netherlands
- Support clients in meeting their net-zero targets through decarbonization reporting
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to address complex sustainability issues in the built environment
