As our Sustainability Reporting Analyst, you will be responsible for tracking all our sustainability data and leading the sustainability reporting process within the Specialties division, focusing primarily on Mineralz & Water. This includes our full carbon footprint and other sustainability KPIs such as recycling rates and carbon avoidance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track all sustainability data within the division and own our carbon footprint reporting methodology.
• Collect and report data (building a dashboard) to map recycling rates, GHG emissions, and later water and biodiversity.
• Lead the implementation of a new reporting tool and keep it up to date.
• Manage alignment on key metrics and calculate their impact on strategic choices.
• Support sustainability audits, accreditations, and ESG ratings (e.g., FTSE4Good, CO2-prestatieladder).
• Assist Financial colleagues with respect to CSRD.
