Due to rapid expansion in the Netherlands, we are currently recruiting a Senior New Business Development Manager for the Dutch market.

Job Description:

We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Account Manager to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding existing customer relationships, further adaptation of our platform and identifying possible growth opportunities within our accounts. With your strong account-planning skills you will strategically grow the customer accounts and build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term success and customer satisfaction. You will act as the bridge between the customer and internal teams, contributing to long-term partnerships and successful expansion of the contracts.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention;
  • Engage customers by structured account planning (customer insights, research, relationship mapping, competitive positioning) and validation meetings;
  • Identify up- and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth;
  • Proactively monitor customer usage and take necessary actions and followups;
  • Excellent collaboration with internal teams (Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support) to effectively address customer needs;
  • Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and product presentation sessions;
  • Negotiate contracts and contract terms to maintain long-term partnerships;
  • Stay up to date with market trends and competition to provide strategic advice to customers.
