Enviu is an impact venture building studio. We take an issue-driven approach in driving failing systems to a sustainable and socially inclusive ‘new normal’. We are active in the domains of agriculture, textiles, mobility and zero waste, with offices in Rotterdam, Nairobi, Jakarta and Bangalore.

In our Rotterdam office we are currently running two programs and we are looking for an experienced program manager who can join us in our mission to run programs and buiventures that drive systemic change. You will do so by using your passion and positive energy to develop a program vision, to build partnerships with execution and funding partners to run the program, and to execute the program successfully to realize the impact objectives.

About The Role

• Leading, delivering and growing the program and the underlying projects, pilots and/or ventures
  • Continue the program and further develop the impact vision and theory of change of the program
  • Set short- and mid-term goals, defining OKRs, budget and teaming needs
  • Keep overview and lead the program’s execution on a daily basis
  • Acquire and develop new project and collaborations
  • Run and control the program budget
• Leading, managing and developing the team, of Enviu and program execution partners (3-4 people at the start)
• Partnership building, management & fundraising:
  • Build innovation coalitions and work together intensively with innovators, corporates, the government and civil society organizations
  • Relationship management and reporting to existing funders
  • Raising funds (a.o. philanthropic, governmental and corporate) and develop new business models within the program to grow the program and its impact
• Thought leadership
  • Present Enviu on stage at relevant conferences and via media
  • Represent Enviu as a thought and action leader at meetings with key stakeholders
• Measure and steer the impact of the program
• Support solution development: issue analysis, ideation, validation, pilot management
