You have the possibility to develop better buildings for the world. You will be part of our ESG Team and also work closely together with the international Innovation Team and the local Development Teams. You will help to further establish the Edge Net Zero Carbon Strategy both within our company and our projects.

Responsibilities you have

As a Carbon Analyst and LCA Expert, you are responsible for the Net Zero strategy realisation which includes the following:

• Standardise international carbon calculation for relevant geographical regions in support of uniform group reporting

• Establish a long-term data collection and management process for
  • Ongoing monitoring of corporate activities
  • Quarterly monitoring and reporting of projects and benchmarking across the portfolio

• Support project teams with accurate and timely carbon reporting and data collection from project stakeholders

• Advise project teams for carbon reduction opportunities across all project development phases

• Create annual greenhouse gas (GHG) report including
  • Data collection
  • Calculation of corporate emission data
  • Calculation of project-related emissions data (embodied and operational carbon emissions)
  • Delivery of GHG data in support of the CSRD ESRS E1 Climate Change Mitigation requirements
  • Delivery of GHG data in support of the Annual CDP Disclosure requirements

• Coordinate the annual audit on the CSRD reporting with respect to the GHG data used
