As a Junior ESG Analyst, you’ll play a crucial role in analyzing and reporting ESG data. You’ll help us track our CO2 reduction targets, ensure compliance with regulatory expectations, and identify areas for improvement to keep us ahead of the curve.

Take ownership
- Calculate ESG metrics quarterly, monitor ESG target, and assess the ESG impact of upcoming investments.
- Support reporting on CSRD and assist with external audits.
- Attend Sustainable Banking Coalition meetings.
- Complete the yearly Eerlijke Geldwijzer assessment and analyze gaps to align with their expectations.
- You’ve got sharp analytical skills to dive into detailed CSRD analyses.
- You’re a stickler for details, ensuring our audits and reports are spot on.
- You can turn data into insights and know how to make them actionable.
- Plus points if you’re already clued up on ESG topics, legislation, and business insights.
- You have excellent communication skills in English
