As an Investment Analyst specializing in sustainability within the LTES department, you will:

• Enhance ESG Integration: Strengthen the integration of impact and ESG considerations in our investment processes.
• Engage with Leadership: Collaborate with top management of portfolio companies on strategic and sustainability-related matters.
• Influence Decisions: Participate as a voting member of the Investment Committee to approve portfolio additions.
• Coordinate Sustainability Efforts: Serve as the key contact for sustainability initiatives and collaborate with various PGGM divisions.
• Conduct ESG Due Diligence: Work with financial analysts on ESG assessments of potential portfolio companies.
• Perform Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis of portfolio companies and candidates.
• Manage Sustainability Reporting: Oversee sustainability reporting for the LTES team.
• Verify Impact Data: Structure and verify data related to impact measurements.

Jouw afdeling binnen PGGM

At PGGM, we manage over 250 billion euros in pension assets for around 3 million participants, focusing on sustainable long-term returns. The Long-Term Equity Strategy department manages a concentrated portfolio of stocks that can achieve attractive long-term returns while positively contributing to one or more Sustainable Development Goals. LTES conducts in-depth analysis in ESG, financial parameters, risk, valuation, and impact to build and maintain a high-quality portfolio of sustainable stocks in all respects. Our team includes six theme analysts and two portfolio managers, collaborating closely with departments such as Responsible Investment and Risk.
