What’s on the Menu?

  • Manage global roadmap consolidation process for data collection across from various functions/ zones/ teams, also external data sources to enable calculations and modeling in sustainability related areas/ projects/ research; for internal and external reporting, project tracking, tracking of delivery of results
  • Prepare data for internal and external reporting, analysis, modeling, including financial models and projections
  • Support building of dashboards by providing subject matter expertise on data, data sources, data quality, data processing.
  • Check sustainability related data for quality and fit for purpose
  • Support building business processes to incorporate sustainability data in KHC processes, primarily in procurement, manufacturing, research & development.
  • Set priorities with material topic leads: Which data to collect/ process/ prepare/ make available for which areas/ initiatives/ zones/ topics
  • Build collaborative partnerships with colleagues in functions procurement, manufacturing, research & development, zones.
  • Collaborate with Digital and IT teams and understand their priorities, prioritization processes, budget allocation processes, resource availability, interactions across functions including data team.
  • Pull up your sleeves, talk to the various functions, obtain the data we need to identify and realize opportunities in sustainability, and report on the progress.
  • Expert in Excel, PowerBI, data models, data structures
  • Master in visualization of data, aggregation of information, presenting insights to various levels of seniority
