Your Role

As a Financial Controller with a focus on ESG and CSRD, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive financial and non-financial performance reports and ensuring compliance with evolving ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) and CSRD (Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive) requirements. You will specialize in Budgeting & Forecasting or Reporting & Analysis, acting as a key player in aligning business strategy with sustainability objectives. You will report directly to the Manager FC&A and work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate and impactful reporting that supports decision-making.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and maintaining financial and non-financial reporting frameworks that align with regulatory standards and sustainability goals.
  • Leading the development and maintenance of the CSRD framework, ensuring compliance and integrating ESG value drivers into financial processes.
  • Developing and maintaining data models in collaboration with BI to meet reporting and analysis needs.
  • Managing and refining the KPI framework, with a particular focus on value-driven insights for business performance.
  • Preparing detailed management reports, comparing actuals against budget, and identifying key performance trends.
  • Creating and maintaining Tagetik reports for AOP data input, board reporting, and other business-critical analyses.
  • Supporting the development of rolling forecasts and multi-year planning processes to ensure strategic alignment.
  • Conducting complex ad-hoc analyses to support executive decision-making and strategic initiatives.
  • Designing and managing financial models, including cost price analysis, warranty calculations, and transfer pricing strategies.
  • Analyzing financial and non-financial metrics, such as P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, to monitor trends and business performance.
