Role Overview:

We’re seeking an Ethics & Compliance Manager (m/f/d) to drive our ambitious

GRC agenda alongside TEPC’s management team and local companies. This pivotal role will involve developing and implementing new regulatory and internal compliance initiatives, promoting ethical business practices, and fostering collaboration among colleagues working with GRC across our local companies in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland and Finland.

We hope you are a hands-on do’er who can turn letters of the law into meaningful ways of working. Depending on your interests, you will be working on topics such as culture of integrity, risk management, anti-corruption, sustainability due diligence, business partners & sanctions, whistleblowing and privacy, as well as the analysis and reporting of related data.

Responsibilities:

• Drive various ethics and GRC projects across the company, in close partnership with the Head of Sustainability & Compliance, CFO, and Head of Sourcing.
• Develop ethical business practices and culture of integrity
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance
• Provide guidance and support to local companies on compliance topics
• Drive engagement through compelling internal communications
• Coordinate reporting and data gathering on selected GRC topics
• Support internal training, reviews, and risk assessments
• Assist in monitoring EU ethics trends and regulatory changes
• Assist in developing Group compliance programs, strategy and policies
