The function
In the role of ESG Reporting Specialist at Inter IKEA Group, you are providing input and adding value to the non-financial report following CSRD. It’s a new position in which you collaborate closely with the ESG Reporting Leader and report to the Group Control & Reporting Manager.
At this moment, the Inter IKEA Group ESG reporting framework is already set up, but you take part in the finetuning. In this role, you develop, implement and improve the framework, including existing policies and manuals. In this you will be supervised by the ESG Reporting Leader. You keep an eye out for possible improvements in routines and you develop and maintain relevant ESG ‘master data’, such as applied definitions and methodologies.
You demonstrate a genuine and detailed interest in the latest developments on the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and EU Taxonomy requirements and communicate your findings in the team. You actively take part in the ESG reporting process for the Inter IKEA Group Annual Report, contributing to a timely and reliable report. Besides this, you support the external audit by preparing audit materials.
