DLL is a global leasing company and because of the variety of businesses we deal with, a lot of different ESG policies need to be assessed. Collaborating with Rabobank and the rest of the team, we are looking for someone who is eager to dive into various ESG related topics, getting a thorough understanding of the Sustainability landscape across the financial sector and collaborate with our partners on a global level.

Day to day:

As part of the ESG Policy team within Group Sustainability at DLL, you will collaborate with a dynamic team of (Senior) Consultants dedicated to driving sustainable finance initiatives. In this role, you will play an essential part in integrating ESG policies across our global operations, ensuring alignment with Rabobank Group standards while tailoring approaches to regional and industry-specific needs.

• Support the development and improvement of ESG policies, aligning with Rabobank Group standards.
• Operationalize DLL’s ESG Policies by diving into different industries and understanding their ESG risks on a case-by-case basis.
• Be a sparring partner for business dilemmas with respect to policies.
• Engage with the teams in the various countries on alignment of the policies with local regulations and ensure group policies align with local laws & regulations.
• Develop and support communication & training of relevant stakeholders on ESG policies assessments and updates in alignment with relevant domains.

Measures:

• Ability to adapt, as ESG policies/requirements are dynamic and subject to change due to market trends/developments and upcoming regulations.
• Ability to translate DLL ESG policies requirements to the day to day operations of DLL in the various countries.
