What you will be doing:

Your day at our office in Rijswijk will start with a good cup of Nespresso coffee. You choose a new flavor, because there are some exciting things planned for today!
9:00 AM: you check your calendar and make some changes to your planning and priorities for the week and you plan a meeting with your manager because you want to discuss the progress on a project you are working on. Do you need any input from colleagues? Did you receive a reply on your information request? You see that some policies are up for review by the end of the month, you take action where necessary to make sure you make the deadline. You update some files, contact suppliers because you need to schedule an audit, then check the Social Compliance platform analytics to prepare your quarterly reporting.

After that, you have a digital meeting with the contact person of the traceability tool, a new release is being scheduled and you need to check the process for adding new data with colleagues in Romania. Because you have a helicopter view, you are able to keep track of all open actions for all parties.
Your manager asks you to post a message on the company intranet about a sustainability milestone that the company has reached, you can use your own creativity!
12.30 PM: Lunchtime! You decide to take a walk outside. The sun is shining and you have a busy afternoon ahead of you.

In the afternoon you fill out a sustainability questionnaire, a colleague calls you with an urgent question from a customer about a social audit report; they need an answer as soon as possible and there are some pending customer questions in the team-mailbox. You email colleagues in China to ask for help on the customer question.
You update one of the reporting manuals and have a call with a contact person of an online tool to make sure pending tickets are reviewed in time because certain features need to be available for roll- out of a project.
The end of the day, you just finish some updates you were working on and send a last email. There is another interesting day to look forward to tomorrow!

Managing of traceability process and tools
Managing of data and audits on social compliance
Project coordination and annual submitting of the sustainability Assessment (Ecovadis)
Manage the annual ESG report and take ownership of CSRD social reporting topics
Improving Sustainability communication and engagement within the company
Creating ESG materials for sales colleagues and customers
Keeping policies, manuals, website content and relevant documentation up to date
Identify and propose improvements
