ESG Controller

EMEA Recruitment is working with a global client in the manufacturing sector in its search for an ESG Controller to lead their CSRD function in Almere.

In this role you will have the responsibility to lead the implementation of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) requirements throughout the organization.

The successful candidate will be familiar with CSRD Requirements, comfortable taking leadership on an EMEA regional scale and have strong relationship building skills across business units.

Key Responsibilities:- ESG Controller

• Lead the CSRD implementation project, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project plans.
• Ensure sustainability reporting complies with CSRD requirements and other relevant regulations.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Collection and analysis of sustainability data.
• Prepare comprehensive sustainability reports in accordance with CSRD Guidelines
• Develop and deliver training programs on CSRD requirements and sustainability reporting practices.
• Assess and mitigate risks related to sustainability reporting and compliance.
