TNT ranks first in the Dow Jones Sustainability Index (DJSI) 2007. The final results were announced today in Zurich by SAM research, one of the co-founders of the index. TNT improved its score from 84 in 2006 to 91 this year, reaching both the leading position in the super sector “Industrial Goods and Services” (which includes Transportation) and the highest score of any company in the DJSI.

Voor de Nederlandse ondernemingen zijn de wijzingen beperkt: Wolters Kluwer is toegevoegd aan de Dow Jones World Sustainability Index. Océ is helaas verwijderd uit de Dow Jones Stoxx Sustainability Index. Akzo Nobel heeft het stokje overgenomen van DSM als “supersector leader” in de Dow Jones World Sustainability Index.
