Prior to the film screening Jeroen Smit will discuss the kind of activist leadership that is necessary for such a transition. Smit wrote a book on how Paul Polman -former chairman of Unilever- tried to transfer Unilever into a sustainable multinational. How Polman failed and succeeded in this quest is part of the conversation.
After the documentary, Geanne van Arkel will answer questions about the company Interface and sustainability based on her work experience at Interface.
