Your Strategic Responsibilities

Collaborative Leadership

• Orchestrate cross-functional partnerships to accelerate our sustainability initiatives
• Coach and develop a high-performing team of environmental specialists & program manager
• Create a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning
• Translate complex environmental strategies into actionable, organization-wide programs

Strategic Impact

• Lead the implementation of our SCO2RE+ decarbonization program
• Develop and track environmental performance metrics
• Facilitate communication and alignment across business groups
• Guide organizational transformation towards sustainable practices
