Sustainability Manager

The Sustainability Manager will be responsible for driving sustainable initiatives and ensuring the company’s adherence to sustainable business practices, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) objectives. The sustainability manager reports to the VP Sustainable Development.

What are you going to do?

• Develop and execute sustainability initiatives, programs, and policies across the organization in line with our sustainability strategy.
• Implement and manage reporting frameworks (Position Green) to monitor and evaluate the sustainability performance of the company.
• Lead sustainability assessments, identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to achieve sustainability goals.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, supply chain, and product management, to integrate sustainability practices into their processes and strategies
• Provide guidance and support to the Sustainability Product Specialist, Junior Sustainability Data Analyst and other internal stakeholders on sustainability issues.
• Engage with external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and industry organizations, to advance sustainability initiatives and promote the company’s sustainability credentials.
• Monitor and stay up-to-date on relevant regulatory requirements and industry standards, and ensure compliance across the organization.
• Develop and manage budgets, timelines, and resources for sustainability initiatives and programs.
• Report regularly to senior management on sustainability performance, progress, and opportunities for improvement.
