Head of Sustainability

A global manufacturing company is seeking a Head of Sustainability to lead their sustainability function and assist on delivering its ESG and Sustainability goals. You will be required to ensure compliance with the EU’s CSRD reporting and work across departments to integrate sustainability into their business model, focusing on environmental, social, and governance (ESG) initiatives, while also ensuring the company remains compliant with international standards and frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.).

Head of Sustainability – Key Responisbilities:

• Sustainability Strategy Leadership: Develop, implement, and oversee the company’s long-term sustainability strategy, aligning it with business objectives and ESG goals.
• CSRD Reporting: Lead the company’s efforts in adhering to the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD). Ensure accurate and timely reporting of sustainability data, including environmental impact, carbon emissions, diversity, and social responsibility.
• Regulatory Compliance: Keep up-to-date with evolving sustainability regulations (CSRD, EU Taxonomy, etc.) and ensure the company remains compliant with international standards and frameworks (GRI, SASB, TCFD, etc.).
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks related to sustainability, climate change, and resource management. Ensure the company is prepared for and resilient to potential sustainability challenges.
