As the leading provider of software, cloud, and mobile solutions, we have been supporting the digitization of the construction- and infrastructure sector for decades already. We are currently focusing on integrating sustainability into our software applications. Our aim is to help our customers to minimize their environmental impact, comply with regulations and measure and report emissions. The role of Product Manager Sustainability is key in our ambition to empower our customers to solve their ESG challenges.

As a Product Manager Sustainability You will work closely with the Head of Innovation and other teams, including other Product Managers, Technical Managers, and the Merger & Acquisition team, to refine and prioritize innovation and sustainability topics. You will travel to our various sites to monitor projects and collaborate with local teams.

Your responsibilities as a Product Manager Sustainability

• Develop and communicate a vision for embedding sustainability tools in our software applications
• Analyze trends and forecast market opportunities
• Define the ESG product offering, ensuring it meets market demands
• Create a high-level feature roadmap outlining our product portfolio’s development
• Ensure value creation through ideation, prioritization, and maintaining a pipeline of features, modules or products that create extra value for our customers
• Participate in the “build / buy” process to provide new market solutions
