Lead the HSE (Health & Safety & Environment) & Sustainability tendering process. Our HSE Project & Tender department continues to grow and an exciting opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and experienced HSE Tender Manager to join our team. In this role you will be a part of our tender team, with responsibility for the HSE & Sustainability part of our tenders. You will actively oversee the HSE tendering process for all assigned projects, many of which are for major stakeholders on the international market. Your focus will be to offering the best HSE, including Sustainability solution to our customers.

•    Responsibility for HSE & Sustainability aspects in the tender from start of tendering to contract award and handover to the project.
•    Responsibility to deliver high quality tenders, prioritizing appropriately and meeting both customer demands and directives.
•    Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, internally and externally and act as a single point of contact during the tender phase
•    Be involved in evaluation of installation subcontractors and ensuring they align with HSE and Sustainability requirements.
•    Preparing the documentation package to the Client.
•    Preparing an accurate cost estimate and time schedule for the HSE solution.
•    Presenting our HSE solutions to customers with the desire to achieve customer satisfaction
•    You will be a part of an international and global team placed over different locations. This role could be based in Teeside – UK, Karlskrona – Sweden or Rotterdam – Netherlands, with some additional travel required mainly throughout Europe on an ad-hoc basis- approximately 20 days per year.
