Job Mission

As our ESG Controller, you’ll take charge of delivering a fully integrated financial and ESG report by 2026, ensuring that Tibber stays ahead of the curve when it comes to compliance and sustainability. It’s a role where you’ll lead the efforts on reporting, (gathering data, accounting, building new systems and structures and routines), influence key decision-makers, and make sure the path forward is not just green but also transparent and measurable.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead ESG Reporting: Develop and manage the ESG reporting process, aligning it with our financial frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Drive Projects: Coordinate with cross-functional teams across Legal, Finance, and Operations to create a solid organization for sustainability reporting and internal control sustainability initiatives are on track and executed effectively.
• Engage & Influence: Build relationships and advocate for ESG priorities across the company, making sure they get the attention they deserve—even when competing priorities arise.
