Sustainability Officer

Tasks:

• Play a leading role within Envipco in driving sustainability strategy as a business combining the external and internal work. This will include the roll out of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) project for us as a group.
• Play an important role in determining the approach and implementation of the necessary policies, action plans and KPIs for the sustainability strategy including CSRD implementation.
• Develop and implement sustainability initiatives that align with the organization’s goals and comply with relevant laws and regulations.
• Collect and analyze data on the sustainability performance of the organization, both internally and externally.
• Support the development of policy in this area.
• Create more awareness of the importance of sustainability within Envipco by involving them in initiatives.
• Communicate with other internal and external stakeholders concerning
• Determine concrete actions in areas such as energy management, sustainable procurement or reducing the environmental impact of the production processes, and but also social aspects such as working conditions.
• Be the first point of contact for other departments regarding the delivery of various (non-financial) reports or other data and dealing with other ad-hoc questions from colleagues.
• Support the implementation of sustainability reports for the new ERP system.
