Qlayers is dedicated to advancing sustainable technology in industrial coating applications. Our 10Q robot exemplifies our commitment to innovation and environmental stewardship. We propose an internship focused on analysing the 10Q robot’s sustainability, highlighting paint savings, reduced plastic pollution, and overall environmental benefits.
Objectives
The primary objectives of this internship are:
- To quantify the reduction in overspray and increased transfer efficiency achieved by the 10Q robot.
- To measure the amount of paint saved during the coating application
- To evaluate the impact of paint savings on environmental plastic pollution.
- To compare the environmental impact of the 10Q robot with traditional methods, including VOC emissions and energy usage.
- To provide insights that can support marketing efforts and promote the sustainability benefits of the 10Q robot and robotic coating application as a whole.
