Director of Impact

As Director of Impact, you will ensure we make tangible strides towards achieving our impact goals. This will involve developing and implementing key processes to create a healthy, happy and financially resilient work environment for our team of talented colleagues.

You will join the Management Team of Circle Economy Foundation, and together with the Foundation’s Managing Director and Director of Research & Development oversee the day-to-day management of our people, projects and programmes.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Accountable for monitoring, evaluation and learning systems to capture progress towards impact and communicate learnings across the organisation and wider Circle Economy collective as needed.
• Proactively drive the communication about Circle Economy’s impact. Enhance the organisation’s public profile and outreach activities by representing Circle Economy at external events and speaking opportunities
• Accountable for the day-to-day operations of Circle Economy Foundation, driving the development and implementation of key processes and practices to ensure we have a financially robust organisation.
• Responsible for our talent development at Circle Economy Foundation, ensuring we have a healthy workplace and culture to enable our team to work to the best of their abilities.
• Create a strong team environment, based on trust and transparency, and provide line management and mentoring support to relevant team members.
• Collaborate with the Head of People & Culture to ensure all HR practices and processes are up to date and delivered to support our team and the organisation.
