Position

As our Sustainability Manager, you will lead the development and implementation of Roll Group’s sustainability strategy. Collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders, you’ll integrate sustainable practices across all aspects of our operations. Reporting directly to the management team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping our sustainability policies and initiatives. Your responsibilities will include:

• the environmental impact of our business activities and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• future landscape or development in regulations which could impact our business and support initiatives to record or address these requirements.
• sustainability reporting processes and preparing periodic reports for stakeholders.
• projects to reduce Roll Group’s ecological footprint, focusing on energy efficiency, waste management, and emission reduction.
• partnerships with suppliers, customers, and stakeholders to advance sustainability objectives.
• cross company initiatives enabling the development of KPI’s which will ensure the company effectively track, monitor and act on key target data
• sustainability trends and integrating them into Roll Group’s policies and practices.
• our vision and objectives are clearly defined and promote internal engagement to support our companies sustainability objectives.
• our company as a Subject Matter Expert for Sustainability related topics as required.
